COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 4240 0367 81 / QCM2-T 340 25 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carrier product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 120103E13 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8V1022001 manufactured by B--R and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD46GK230 by Manufacturer Carrier as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand DIN3380400B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as IHH507E equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CC290T3600ABMMCP10 made by Carlen as well as the popular MTS1401428RXS0795TORD original spares produced by Axor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ID15H410E by Baldor and IHH507E spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CI001GS2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cerus. |
